How do I book my pitch or accommodation?

Bookings can easily be made online via our website. Please note that bookings via phone or email are not possible.

What is the difference between the Smart and Flex rates?

Flex Rate: Pay 30% of the travel cost upfront and enjoy the flexibility of canceling your booking free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.

Smart Rate: Perfect for those who like to plan ahead and save money. You pay the full amount at the time of booking and benefit from a discount. Please note that this option is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Can I book a specific pitch?

You can indicate your desired pitch number or location in the "Your message to us" section during booking. While we cannot guarantee availability, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Which payment methods are available?

We accept PayPal and credit cards.

How can I cancel my booking?

Cancellations can be made via email at reservation@azur-camping.de. The cancellation policy can be found in our travel terms and conditions

When and how do I pay the remaining balance?

The remaining balance is paid upon arrival at the campsite reception.

When can I check in?

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.

Until what time can I check in?

The reception is open until 6:00 PM.

What should I do if the reception is closed?

After reception hours, you’ll find information on the reception door about your assigned pitch, which you can use until 9:00 PM. The check-in process will be completed the next day.
For accommodation bookings, you’ll find your key in a safe at the reception. The safe code will be sent to you via email after your booking and payment.

Can I check out late?

Depending on availability, late check-out for pitches can be added for an additional fee.

Do the pitches have electricity?

Yes, all pitches come with a 6-amp power supply. The tent meadow pitches, however, do not have electricity.

Is the use of the sanitary facilities free of charge?

Yes, the use of the sanitary facilities is included in the price.

What kind of adapter do I need for camping?

A CEE adapter is required.

Can I use a barbecue?

Yes, barbecues with charcoal, gas, or electric grills are allowed. However, please note that charcoal grilling may be prohibited under certain weather conditions, such as high fire risk or strong winds.

Where can I empty my greywater?

Our campsites have central supply and disposal stations for greywater.

Are washing machines available?

Yes, washing machines are available and can be used via an app. Please check on-site which app is required.

Can I buy fresh bread on the campsite?

During the high season, you can pre-order bread rolls at the reception the evening before.

How can I pay on-site?

We accept cash, credit cards, and EC cards.

Can I charge my electric car?

No, charging electric cars on the campsite is not permitted.

Can I park my car directly at my pitch?

Yes, one vehicle is included and can be parked on your pitch. The only exception is the tent meadow, where vehicles are not allowed.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, dogs are warmly welcome on all pitches!

How many dogs can I bring?

A maximum of 2 dogs per pitch is allowed. On our dedicated dog pitches, there is no limit.

Do I need to keep my dog on a leash?

Yes, dogs must be kept on a leash, except on the designated dog pitches.

Are dogs allowed in rental accommodations?

Yes, dogs are permitted in most accommodations, except for the Bike Lodges. A maximum of 1 dog per rental unit is allowed.

Can dogs come into the restaurant?

Yes, dogs are welcome in the restaurant as long as they are on a leash.
